Eligibility for refund

Web programming

If the project has not started, there will be a full refund.

Every web development project has a contract. However, the following delivery policy will be applicable if there is no agreement and no explicit discussion of the return policy.

Partial refund will be issued as per the judgement of the service provider if we fail to complete the project in accordance with the delivery policy and contract of agreement. The amount will be calculated by DedesignSolutions taking into account the proportion of the project completed and the proportion yet to be completed as per the pre-defined scope of the project.

Dedicated Hiring (Offshore staffing solution)

No Refund

  • If the project is finished and submitted to the server, there are no returns.
  • No refunds: If we develop and finish the job in accordance with the client’s instructions, we won’t process a refund because we offer limitless modifications.
  • No refunds: We are not obligated to issue a refund or substitute if a customer simply decides not to proceed with a service.
  • No refunds: You won’t be qualified for a reimbursement from us if thirty days have gone by since the service. Within the first 30 days of your service, we offer refunds.
  • Refunds: Kindly be advised that clients who seek a refund will not be qualified if they have made even one revision after the project started.

Applicability of the Delivery Policy

Until the agreed upon payments are made in full, a project is not considered null and void.
If the information needed for the project’s successful completion is not provided to us in a timely manner, the refund policy will not apply. DedesignSolutions cannot be held responsible for project delays or failures resulting from the client’s poor communication.
DedesignSolutions shall not be obligated to fulfil its delivery or refund obligations in the event that the customer fails to supply the necessary information at the outset of the project or provides incomplete information.
Unless a formal agreement with a penalty clause is present, there is no provision for reimbursement for any delay in delivery.

Limitation of Liability

The amount of DedesignSolutions obligation is limited to the cost of the project portion that, according to our plan, is still unfinished at any given time. At no time shall DedesignSolutions be held responsible for any damages resulting from services rendered, not rendered, or rendered with undue delay. The client must notify DedesignSolutions in writing of any cancellation of the project in order for there to be any liability for a return.

Processing of Refunds

Within 180 business days following the cancellation date, the partial reimbursements will be processed and mailed. The payment method that was decided upon at the start of the project will be used to make these payments, either a cheque or a credit card.

And the whole refunds will be issued using the payment method decided upon at the start of the project, i.e., a cheque or a credit card, and will be processed and mailed within 50 working days of the cancellation date.

Changes

DedesignSolutions retains the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this policy at any time and without previous notice. As a result, we ask that you please examine this policy from time to time. You immediately agree to any such changes if you keep using the DedesignSolutions website after they are made.
